We currently have exciting opportunities for Software Engineer/Sr.Software Engineer- Embedded Systems at our clients facilities here in Bangalore.
1. Good understanding of Linux operating systems. Experience in Embedded Linux distribution.
2. Experience in kernel level debugging.
3. Thorough knowledge of Layer2/Layer3 Ethernet communication protocols.
4. Experience in Network protocols such as STP/RSTP/MSTP/LACP etc.
5. Knowledge of the Quality Of Service capabilities (QOS) is a must.
6.Experience in Ethernet protocols
* Internet Group Management protocol (IGMP),
* Multicast Listener Discovery (MLD),
* Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP),
* Virtual Channel Link (VCL),
* Link Aggregation (LAG),
7.Link Access Procedures on the D channel (LAPD),Ethernet Packet Switching (EPS),
Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) etc.
8. Experience in developing multi-thread software using C language.
9. Good understanding of tag based and port based VLAN configurations.
10. Good understanding of Inter process communication using TCP/IP, UDP.
11. Familiar in debugging and troubleshooting.
