Job Title:- Oracle Financial Consultant

Location:Stamford, CT

Duration: 36+months

Responsibilities

Analyzerequirements and generate functional and technical specifications.

Developtechnical solutions for identified requirements.

Resolveproduction related issues.

Escalate issuesto team management and end users in a timely manner.

 Experience

•        Candidate should have minimum 5+ years experience in the IT 

          industry with financial background or 8+ years in the IT industry if 

          there is no financial background.

•        Minimum5+ years Oracle Financials development experience.

•        Minimum4+ years of SQL programming.

•        Preferred3+ years of Perl programming.

•        Candidate should have knowledge of General Accounting and other back

           office finance areas.

•        Knowledgeof Fixed Income products, Equities, Financial Regulation 

          and FinancialAccounting is desirable.

Work Skills

•        Oracle,Unix (Solaris preferable)

•        Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

•        Java,Sybase, J2EE, Unix shell scripts is desirable.

•        Team player

•        Self starter

•        Motivated

•        Hard worker

•        Responsible

•        Ability to multi-task

•        Willingness to learn
