Skills
· Strong experience with IBM’s Info Sphere suite specifically DataStage,
Business Glossary, Metadata Workbench, FastTrack, Discovery and
Information Analyzer. Experience with Version 8.0 or higher preferred
· Strong understanding of the xMeta repository and how it ties into all
the Infosphere components.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
· Strong experience with technical team leadership required.
· Strong ability to drive decisions through consensus and to influence
change required.
· Strong ability to design pragmatic solutions to complex business problems
required.
· Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
required.
· Solid experience troubleshooting complex tasks and processes required.
· Solid experience with change management processes required.
· Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
· Experience with Cognos a plus.
· Experience with GreenPlum is a plus.
