Required Qualifications and Experience:
Formal Education:·         
Academic background in the field of Research/Statistics/Social Welfare/Extension Education,   (master level or equivalent degree) is required. Candidates with PhD in social sciences will be preferred. Professional Experience:·         Minimum 8 years of post qualification research experience. Candidates with both quantitative and qualitative research experience, conducting research with businesses, and development of research tools will be preferred·         Demonstrable past experience of social science research·         Familiarity with national as well as international CSR issues·         Excellent IT and communication skills·         Fluency in written and spoken English is an essential requirement·         Being well networked with CSR agencies/persons, both nationally and Internationally would be an advantage
