This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telco Business Analyst who has worked across the operations of a large scale Telco network. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders as the back bone of Australia's largest and fastest network is formed.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Network Operations processes by providing Business Analysis and Process Improvement services including definition, documentation and management of business requirements, and definition, analysis and improvement of operational processes. Additionally you will support definition of operational and some business interworking processes and systems with contractors, equipment vendors and services suppliers, including logistics.

Essential experience

Minimum 8 years relevant business analysis experience in a Telecommunications environment

Demonstrable  process development experience, specifically with familiarity of operational processes (Assurance, Fulfillment, Service Management, Operational Support) and familiarity with relevant process methodologies and standards (6 sigma, LEAN, eTOM, ITIL)

Desirable experience

* Engagement in OSS delivery programs and familiarity with process automation 

  and business process management

* Essential skills and qualifications

* Solid understanding or certification in Business Analysis techniques and methodologies (eg. BA BOK) and process improvement techniques and methodologies (eg. LEAN, 6 sigma)

* Desirable skills and qualifications

* Familiarity with ARIS (process management tool)

* Familiarity with BPM methodology
