Job Description
Responsible for dealing with various Bankers, other Agencies, Statutory Authorities.
Assessment of Work capital needs.
Preparation & submission of periodical MIS reports. Identifying areas of improvement for such MIS reports.
Verification of Monthly Trail Balance and the entries made in the Books of Accounts.
Participation in finalization of accounts and liaison with Internal and Statutory Auditors.
Responsible for inter-company activities and reconciliation on monthly basis in coordination with the concerned at Corporate Office.
Compliance with various statutory and tax matters.
Salaries & other payments.
Play lead role in Capitalization of Assets.
Coordination with Sales tax consultants and filing of Sales tax returns.
Overall control of inventory and organizing for periodically verification of physical stock.
Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and organizing for periodical physical verification of Fixed Assets.
