Job Description
-Identify potential business opportunities for Mergers and Acquisitions for existing and potential properties and pitching in for the same, negotiate the deals and ability to materialize all such transactions;
Grasp of valuation matters, negotiation strategies, necessary resourcing, and cultural dimensions, due diligence and post merger integration issues;
Ensure success by owning specific projects with support from businesses and other resources (e.g. tax, accounting, actuarial, treasury, audit, and legal) and managing informal and formal teams to deliver set objectives
Reports, analyzes and interprets financial data accurately and on a timely basis. Provides commentary and insights on performance against plan with emphasis on implementing procedural controls to achieve optimal performance;
Analyze financial aspects of corporates, Management Information Reports, Annual Reports, Ratio Analysis, Equity Research, Valuation of shares, Due Diligence Reports, Business trend in Micro & Macro level. Establishing financial & business metrics & review the same
Support the business in preparing business analytics which include P&L reports, business trends, business drivers enabling the leaders to make informed decisions;
Participate and provide finance inputs on bids and contracts ; monitor project progress of various jobs and ensure timely invoicing, updating of cost to cost complete and invoicing as per milestones;
Travel to various project sites and locations to first hand review projects and ensure these track as per forecast;
Prepares the fiscal yearly plan for assigned function by analyzing historical data in conjunction with future growth plans and desired firm metrics.
Lead the consolidation and analysis of Actuals compared to the forecast / budget to support decision making and optimize profitability;
Training & motivating right skilled team to deliver desired output.
