A leading Construction and Maintenance services provider with a long history of service provision to customers. The business designs, builds and maintains living and working environments across a diverse number of industry sectors and has a strong, established brand.
This position will sit on the Main Board and be responsible for the company’s strategic leadership and growth. There may be a future leadership (CEO) position that this person could become.
Requirements
- A recognised and successful record of operating at “C” Suite/Board level in a large scale
Construction sector organisation.
- A talent for leadership, and strategic vision coupled with strong commercial ability.
- The ability to lead, direct and develop a large team, gaining respect by action and
example, having presence, gravitas and charisma to stand out amongst others.
- Proven ability to establish, develop and successfully implement business strategies that
flow through to the bottom line in terms of improved growth and profits.
- Educated to degree level and member of a relevant professional institute. Ideally an
MBA gained from a recognised Business School (not essential).
- A proven high level network in the construction industry and track record of being client
facing, working with major public and ‘blue chip’ organisations.

- A natural leader and Strategic Developer who has respect for people and the ability to
bring out the best of them.
- An obvious empathy with customers and clients. An ability to quickly grasp changing
needs and a talent to translate these into operational reality.
