Job Description

* Managing global payroll processing, Severance Process, Income Tax, 

   as per country statutory rules and company polices, handling employee 

    query resolutions.

* Looking after India payroll across entities, non-India payroll for U.S, U.K,

   South Africa, Singapore, China, Denmark, Belgium, France, Australia & 

   South East Asia Korea

* Generating data from SAP, collection of data from different stake holders,

    run pre-process checks and re-conciliations, payroll processing and 

   validating the accuracy of payroll processing.

* Vendor management payroll agencies outside India, and identifying new 

   vendor, set up of new vendor, set up of new country payroll process. 

* Referral check and legal review of the contract agreement with vendor

* Implementing better processes, process changes, defining controls, 

   monitoring the process and controls. Ensuring team follow the defined process 

   and controls. Reduce person dependent processes by developing efficient 

   automation where possible.

* Planning & generation annual returns of different countries.

* Manage HR operations from onboarding to full and final settlements, including running

* Help Desk for employees

* Ensure statutory and legal compliances as required

* Support all other HR and HR integration activities across entities

* Lead a team of 10-14 people across locations for payroll and HR ops
