What kind of challenge would you be looking at?
You oversee daily operations and management of creative team to fulfill production plans, content delivery, scheduling, quality assurance, and compliance with strategies and brand guidelines;
- You manage allocated budget, invoices, and financial reporting for various production projects;
- You ensure and maintain adequate inventory of banked content for each product in our portfolio;
- You collaborate with Product Teams to define creative requirements and timelines for new product launches and content marketing campaignsction;
- You provide constructive feedback to producers and creative team on ongoing basis.

- You have a degree in Business Administration, Project Management or relevant field;
- You have at least 10+ years of experience in production / project management with proven strengths in: - Defining and managing project roadmaps, in collaboration with other teams - Managing multiple budgets and identifying areas for cost optimization - Managing multiple portfolios at once, each with their own dedicated staff and strategies
- You have a strong knowledge of production and post-production equipment and processes;
- You have an essential experience working in a film production environment.
