Key Functional Responsibilities

1. Business Analyst role with flair for understanding the technical requirements and converting them into business deliverables.

2. Should have understanding of one or more BO (Business Objects) / SFDC tool and have hands on experience in using / running the crystal reports (development experience not needed)

3. Should be able to communicate well with the onshore as well as the users in India

4. Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures

5. Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users

6. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

7. Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications

8. Proficient in data manipulation specially in Excel

9. Should have basic understanding of the SQL / VB or related skills
