Job requirements
Minimum of 6 years related professional experience
Minimum of 5 years related SAP ABAP/ALE Development experience (Webdynpro and workflow knowledge a huge plus)
Sound knowledge of programming principles to write efficient programs
Development experience using Object Oriented programming skills
Familiarity with Linux / UNIX and FTP is preferred
Participated in 2 or more SAP system implementations and/or upgrades
Ability to perform all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
Ability to support a multi-site, multi-country customer base
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Must know what satisfies customers and make customer satisfaction a high priority for self and team
Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
Position description
Demonstrates strong ABAP/4 development skills using BAPI's, Function modules,
RFCs, ALE, IDocs, SAP standard programs, LSMW, BDCs and Call transactions

Demonstrates proficient knowledge of data dictionary, menu painter, screen painter, ALV reporting, and other development related transactions
Demonstrates proficient knowledge of FI GL, AP, AR, Parallel ledger & CO structures and tables
Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solution
Identifies, interprets, validates and documents customer requirements
Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, maintains and supports the SAP applications
Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
Develops profiles and authorizations within the application
Assists with system monitoring and tuning
Troubleshoots programming errors
Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or system enhancements
Works self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Follows applicable AIG Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of finance applications
