Job description
We offer a training period of up to a year, gaining experience
within the different areas of engineering and other functions. Formal
training courses form an integral part of this training period, and the
company offers support for additional private study. You can then
look forward to three years of professional development to support
your application for Chartered or Incorporated status.
Person requirements
* We are looking for self-motivated graduates /p.g from a mechanical,
electrical, Electronics,manufacturing, aerospace and aeronautical
discipline.
* Motivation and an ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
* A professional attitude to plan well in advance and get things right
first time, on time, in full.
* Articulate, clear and effective communication skills.
* Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work with a variety
of data.
* Business acumen and an understanding of the company’s commercial
needs.
* A team player who can influence and have a positive impact on others.

Qualification and experience requirements
You’ll be working in a very demanding fast-paced environment so
high levels of drive and the ability to prioritise and plan are essential.
Minimum Bach /Master degree in an electrical or mechanical or
aeronautical or aerospace or electronic engineering discipline
