  maintenance organizations.

* The Business Analyst can also be integrated in the business organization.

* The Business Analyst performance is measured on assignment evaluations.


Responsibilities and Powers

Key responsibilities

 Responsible for securing the customer and/or end users business objectives
needed to prepare solution requirements (process and IT).

 Responsible for customer contacts regarding all tasks that concern requirements.

 Understands complex issues and points out opportunities and risks.

 Responsible to suggest alternative solutions and point out deficiencies when
necessary.

 Proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations.

 Responsible for identifying risks regarding the functional solution
