* The Finance Director will oversee all finance, accounting, forecasting,

Key Responsibilities

* Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and strategic recommendations to the CEO and the Board of 

* Directors executive and audit committees and make actionable recommendations on strategy and operations

* Actively assess organizational performance against the budget and long-term strategic objectives

* Develop financial and tax strategies

* 15+ years of finance / accounting experience

The Role

The role is for a 'Vice President -Finance' and could be based in a number of locations across the UAE / India (Mumbai). The position will hold P & L responsibility for 6 product lines and indirectly manage a headcount of 250+.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead the sales and operational function in pursuit and closure of approved opportunities across the region. Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.

* Manage a P & L responsibility for multiple product lines.

* Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

* Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
