Sourcing the right candidates through various means such as job portals, campus interviews, references and internal database.
Scrutinizing resumes, Initial screening, Short listing, taking interviews & forwarding for final round of interviews with respective heads for candidates.
Handling of joining formalities like preparation of offer & appointment letters, induction programs, ID-cards, Entry in the payroll.
Filling of PF & ESI Forms with new joiners, Monthly filling calculation of PF & ESI challans
Employee relations
Exit Interviews
Contribution in preparation of Organization Policies, culture, leaves policies, job profile making, and physical planning.
Preparation of Salary
Maintaining attendance Register
Maintaining Leave Records
Maintaining of Company confidential documents and files
Desired profile
Masters degree in or with a concentration in HR and/or an MBA (fulltime)
Ability to think strategically and articulate how HR can improve business effectiveness and effectively partner with business
Should be able to work under pressure.
Should have good negotiation skills.
Should be open to travel.
Good written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent Co-ordination skills.
