My client, an international financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their operations team.

• The role will have the following responsibilities:
• Facilitate the delivery of projects globally.
• Partner with international HR heads on key interactions.
• Manage regulatory reporting of the HR function.
• Initiate and facilitate discussions between HR functions.
• Ensure HR remains compliant with requirements and standards.
• Coordinate and drive business agenda, partnering with global heads.
• Embed compliant practices through processes, knowledge and skills.
• Manage people and business risk.

The candidate should have the following experience:

• Significant experience within the HR function of financial services organisations.
• Effective management and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience within compliance, regulation and corporate governance.
