Responsibilities:
Taking Care of the Legal cases of Retail Assets Collection before the Court
Handling and representing the Bank in the Against matters.Conducting Conciliation and Pre-litigation Camps (Lok-Adalats) from time to timeAttending all courts, forums, tribunals, and statutory bodies and making representations on behalf of Bank and giving evidences.Managing Advocate's, having regular reviews & ensuring desired resulted are obtained.Maintaining the Legal MIS and updating the same with exact feedback.Representing the organisation before the Judicial / quasi Judicial and La Enforcement Agencies.Shall be responsible for all the legal matters of the State pertaining to RAC.Getting the legal notice replied within the time frame.Close co ordination with the local collection team and providing them necessary legal support
Requirements:Must be a Law Graduate having excellent command over Law, specially laws related to Banking and Recovery.Good communication skill Written as well as Oral.Should have knowledge of Retail assets product.Minimum experience of total 3-5 years (preferably, couple of years from banking background & should be conversant with local Court procedures and Language.)
