Our Leadership Stage Client - Global Telecommunication Company is seeking an Director Information Technology with a proven background in driving results through exceptional methods and proven success in project management. Past accountability should include billing, network, systems, and programming. Proven work history in project management is a necessity to achieve the results of our fast-paced, high demand technology department. Telecommunication technology change is frequent. This position must lead the IT group to respond promptly. The ability to deliver timely results is a primary qualification. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.


This position is accountable to direct and coordinate development and production of information technology related activities for Cellphones,Smartphones,Tablets, Internet, Cable,Phone and wireless billing while driving technical upgrades, telecommunication software integration, and inventory/accounting systems personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Compensation depends on experience and is based on national market data. Salary Range starts at INR 3.01Crore/Annual Salary 


Essential Qualifications:
  • Consults with a variety of department leaders to clearly determine project requirements, priorities, system capacity, available resources, and equipment acquisitions.
  • Develops staff to ensure cross-functional support of all stake holders.
  • Confers with department heads involved with proposed projects to ensure IT support is adequate, timely, and effective
  • Partner with Architecture teams to implement enterprise unified communication and collaboration framework.
  • Manage and lead technology road map planning, architectural reviews, governance of projects or initiatives to close the gaps between current and future-state architectures
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to inform them of architecture strategies and road maps
  • Lead, and build consensus among teams, in the design and development of infrastructure building blocks for simplicity, availability, performance, integrity, stability and scalability of global enterprise systems
  • Analyzes project feasibility and meets project completion dates
  • Defines work and performance standards
  • Set direction of user facing technology and support engagement
  • Automate configuration of servers, laptops, productivity software, and business systems
  • Handle configuration of voip phones, video conferencing, wifi, and peripherals to ensure a quality user experience
  • Solve Windows OS, OS X, Microsoft Office, antivirus, VPN, and other common application/access issues with a boutique service mindset
  • Direct patching, upgrade, and security activities
  • Manage physical and software inventory
  • Diligently works with management, specialists, technical personnel, and vendors to solve problems.
  • Analyzes department workflow and team results.
  • Solid budgeting and financial planning experience
  • Oversees network infrastructure installations, configurations, modifications, maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Ensures proper back up and recovery of all network and voice components. Recommend and coordinate hardware set up, proper configuration, as well as modifications to assure high availability and performance.
  • Conducts periodic audits of all physical layer aspects of the data and voice network.
  • Implement and maintain industry standard best practices for file system architecture, including archiving and data storage.
  • Manage supplier relationships that provide hardware, software, maintenance and support for highly technical and complex systems
  • Communicate vision, expectations, goals, and deadlines and motivate others through inspirational leadership
  • Build a high performing team through staff development, recruiting and retention to support growing business needs
  • Other related duties and special projects as required.



Education/Training/Certifications:

  • Bachelor /Master of Science in computer technology, electronics, or Management 
  • 15+ years of senior management experience in product development,Communication and Collaboration with appropriate credentials and certification. Should have demonstrable achievements and results in driving enterprise programs.
  • Motivation to collaborate with a diverse, innovative team
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth tech environment
  • Proficient with network protocols/services and network infrastructures
  • Experience with PBX, Audio/Video/Web Conferencing software/services
  • Experience deploying PKI
  • Demonstrated technical architecture design, configuration & implementation, migration & coexistence expertise for medium to large sized enterprise voice & messaging infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling and visualization
  • Passion and drive to conceive the inconceivable
  • Significant experience in direct supervisory responsibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The Managing Director of India is responsible for setting strategic and production goals for the business, as well as providing leadership and direction to the team. Position Summary

Our Leadership Stage UAE Client  is looking to hire a Human Resources Director in our Dubai office. This associate will promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs.  Develop organizations strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.   Enhance departmental and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.  This leadership position draws on the use of HR technical knowledge (Associate Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation Administration, and Organization Development) to coach and educate an HR business operations team to ensure balanced and strategic decisions are made. Primary Responsibilities



Facilitate and execute the Strategic Capability Planning for the supported business units

  • Responsible for partnering with senior leaders to identify business needs, conduct a capability analysis, align the business strategy to the HR strategy and implement solutions
  • Ensure 100% consistency in HR policies, procedures, practices and standards across business unit(s) while establishing the strategic direction, design and implementation of action plans
  • Identify a clear headcount plan to meet our business requirements and to accommodate expected changes in demand and/or supply
  • Understand the skills and competencies needed in our workforce to achieve our business objectives and create a plan to ensure that profile of talent in the workforce
  • Be a high performance culture activist. Help support and align culture and strategy to support the company vision, mission, and values

  • Ensure deep understanding of the purpose and impact of all ongoing change initiatives, both inside and outside of the HR function for themselves, their team and business partners. 
  • Partner with and coach own team and senior leaders on building a change agile organisation that embraces innovation and aspires to constantly evolve. 
  • Ensure outstanding employee and customers experiences as part of the implementation.


Leadership Development
  • Understand the learning and development needs of the organisation and work with our client, Global Talent Development and other internal HR partners to secure and deliver appropriate training and development activities to the organisation. 
  • Ensure the (countries) HR team is deeply proficient in all learning solutions leveraged in the field and can comfortably facilitate training and coaching sessions to achieve maximum business impact. 


Talent & Performance Management
  • Lead and develop a scalable and trusted Field HR team that consults leaders, manager and employees on all performance related issues, including talent &, succession planning, performance reviews, recognition, performance issues, performance improvement and terminations. 
  • Ensure all related processes are deeply aligned to the client company culture as well as in-country labor requirements.


Talent Acquisition and On-boarding
  • Partner with Recruiting, Global Mobility and the various lines of business to assess and optimise talent acquisitions and onboarding strategies and tactics. 
  • Partner with GRT to ensure outstanding on-boarding experiences and efficient acculturation processes for senior leaders, managers and employees across (countries).




Coach and develop senior leaders

  • Regularly interacts with senior leadership and ensures effective and engaged leadership at the top of the organization/SBU, with the necessary skills, competencies, and experiences to guide their teams to success
  • Coach senior leaders to effectively manage performance and effectiveness of their teams
  • Advise senior leaders on people issues by helping to identify root cause and  develop solutions to help meet business needs and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all associates


Drive organizational effectiveness


  • Function as the HR focal point for functional area leaders by participating as a senior member of their client group
  • Provide counseling assistance in organization structure and design to ensure support of the short and long term goals of the organization
  • Ensure the right roles and reporting relationships established in the organization, with an appropriate degree of flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  • Conduct organizational assessments with senior leaders to evaluate structure and resources, assist and facilitate organizational redesigns, assist in communication and change management process



Build people capabilities

  • Engage with senior leaders in supporting the development of high-potential leaders.  Identify those with the potential to assume greater responsibility in the organization and provide critical development experiences to those that can move into key roles
  • Partner with Global Talent Management to identify, communicate and deliver training solutions to address leadership skill gaps. Provide thought leadership and project
  • Support for various talent management initiatives and projects as needed. Facilitate training and development sessions related to assigned programs as needed



Broker with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the supported business unit

  • Partner with COEs to align business priorities with solutions, programs and processes that put the business needs first
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting processes, headcount management, candidate offers, internship opportunities and recruiting events
  • Partner with Compensation on candidate offers, promotional offers, job evaluations and market competitiveness
  • Partner with Workplace Inclusion & Diversity on inclusive culture design and development of a diverse workforce to drive organizational success



Team Management

  • Build, lead and develop an HR business operations team.  Determine strategic and tactical direction for each functional area in a manner that meets the needs of the business. Stay abreast of and appropriately implement the strategic HR objectives
  • Responsible for the performance management, training and mentoring of team


Basic Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 15+ years of  Strategic Human Resources experience supporting multiple levels of management in a fast-paced work environment with focus on change management, inclusive leadership practices and organizational effectiveness

Our Leadership Stage India Client is the leading Multinational banking and financial services company.


Main functions of job (Note: in addition, post holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required)

This is one of the most important positions in Our client office, with overall responsibility for all non-retail banking policy, answering directly to the Chief Executive. The managing director for financial and wholesale policy will co-ordinate and manage all the non-retail policy teams, be ultimately responsible for their output, and represent the industry on those issues.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee definition and delivery of all non-retail banking policy, including:

- Bank structural reform

- TBTF

- Accounting & disclosure

- Taxation

- Prudential regulation including capital and liquidity standards

- Company law & corporate governance

- Conduct & culture, and remuneration

- Capital markets and infrastructure, including securities and FX

- Shadow banking

- Business continuity

- Financial crime including cyber risk, money laundering, sanctions and terrorist financing


  • Overseeing the client’s relationships with government departments, Parliament and international regulators and standard setters, law enforcement authorities, and other financial services trade association associations with regard to the above areas.
  • Ultimate responsibility for the Financial and Risk Policy Committee and the Wholesale Policy Committee
  • Overall responsibility for the client’s relationships with international wholesale banks and foreign banks, including the International Wholesale Banks Advisory Board, and Foreign Banks Advisory Board
  • Manage the client relationship with the International Banking Federation, as a member of the  Executive Committee
  • Represent client on the International Banking Federation Forum, and other international forums as appropriate
  • Management/Supervisory responsibilities

Education and Experience 
Qualifications/Education required:

  • Graduate /Post graduate qualification desirable


Experience required:

Must have

  • Senior banking, regulatory, government financial services or public policy advocacy
  • Direct line management and running high level committees
  • Building consensus on complex and contentious subjects and getting decisions agreed, without reducing outcome to a bland common denominator

  • Media interviews, public speaking and testimonials


Knowledge / skills required

  • In depth knowledge of financial services issues and regulation.
  • Ability to identify and formulate financial services strategy
