Job Description
This internal audit position is based in Bangalore/Chennai, India. The role would require regional / international travel of approximately 50%. The role reports to the Controller, GRC (Governance, Risk & Controls) based in India. This person will be responsible for executing the audit procedures for internal process reviews that focus on both effective controls and process efficiency. This position gives the individual a broad exposure to the various business units and operating entities within our client.
Education/Qualifications
a)Professional Accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA required.
b)Tertiary qualifications such as B.Acc, B.Commerce/Business or similar desirable.
c)Internal Audit qualifications such as CIA, CISA desirable.
Skills
a) About 4 years experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting and/ or finance with a Big 4 and/or MNC preferably in the IT/Infocomm industry.
b)Ability to lead and execute projects with minimum supervision.
c)Written and spoken proficiency in 1-2 major Asian languages is highly desirable.
d) Excellent communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.
e) Good report-writing skills in English
