Manage the HR Operations
Offer generation process, Appointment Letters and joining process of employees
Manage the process roll out, forms submission & timeliness of process completion by teams & backend members
Manage the compensation review process, budgeting and approval from Top Management
Disburse compensation revision letters & communication on compensation revision to the team
Collate monthly payroll inputs from HR teams & submit the same to payroll team for salary processing inclusive of term revision cases, new joiners, exits, people movements etc
MIS- Generation of reports from SAP, analysing & presenting the same to the management
Handle verification process and incase of Code of Conduct cases taking them to closure
To ensure work instructions are followed as desired
Guiding exiting employees on the Exit Process. Ensuring timely closure and release of the full and final settlement amount, in co-ordination with the HR team

Individuals with prior experience in HR Operations from a reputed organisation
Candidates from any industry willing to work in retail industry.
