Reporting to the CEO, the role of HR Director is an integral part of the leadership team, of a Financial Services organisation in Singapore/Bangalore(2 Openings with different companies),that has grown significantly through its people. 

This is a broad HR Director role that will see you overseeing an operational HR team as well as being a true partner to the leadership team, key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and drive a robust People Strategy that is fit for purpose and aligned to business objectives
• Driving a culture of performance and capability throughout the organisation 
• Deliver outstanding HR support through the management and development of a significant and capable team
• Continual development and improvement of HR policies and procedures in line with the businesses needs
• Manage the annual remuneration cycle
