A US based staffing company,ONLY Works with Direct clients no layers. We are currently looking to expand recruiting efforts in Hyderabad area. As an IT recruiter, you will be responsible for developing relationships with IT Consultants to place them on assignment with our clients. We relies on the Recruiter to source qualified IT candidates. We relies on the judgment of the Recruiter to accurately qualify the candidates, negotiate a rate that is profitable and secure the candidate's commitment to take the assignment. We also relies on the Recruiter to maintain and develop relationships with the IT consultants to build a long lasting commitment. 


The Recruiter is specifically responsible for


Sourcing Candidates
*Developing strategies to find qualified candidates.
* Utilizing and understanding the necessary tools to find the qualified 
   candidates.




Qualifying Candidates
* Assessing the candidate's  technical skills and competency to perform the 
   tasks of the job requisition.
* Assessing the candidate's ability to fit the environment of the job 
   requisition.
* Assessing the candidate's current opportunities with us as well as other 
   opportunities.




Negotiating Pay Rates
* Securing a mutually beneficial rate of pay for the consultant and us.
* Securing a profitable rate of pay in order for our company to meet or exceed 
   their profit projections.
* Gaining a commitment from the candidate to take a particular position 
   detailed in the job requisition for us.


Consultant Relationship Building
* Developing long-term relationships with the consultants while out on 
   contract with the client manager.
* Visiting the consultants while on contract with the client manager.
* Handling any questions or concerns relating to the assignment with the client 
   manager.


Database Maintenance
* Adding and maintaining the candidate records relating to conversations , 
   interviews, submittal's and placements.

Ability to match consultants needs to client opportunities
Possesses a strong sense of urgency.
Possesses exceptional phone skills
Possesses great time  management skills and works long hours
Ability to nurture relationships with consultants and applicants and managers
Ability to obtain referrals
Ability to obtain sales leads
Enthusiastic ,Creative, analytical and full of energy.
Being an expert in the industry terminology
Being an expert in closing techniques
Possesses a good sense of humour
