Urgently looking for trainers and Consultant trainers and practitioners across INDIAN cities in the area of Entrepreneurship creation, at youth level.

We are a Strategic Innovation company founded in 2009, with awards from govt, institutions, academics, industry, consulting, etc. .As a part of our award innovation in Entrepreneur creation, Campuspreneur , and customer needs, we are looking at creating a pool of trainers and Consultant trainers and practioners across INDIAN cities in Delhi, Kolkotta, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Cochin & other promising Tier II & III cities.
The selection criteria
Training Consultant
Min 2-5 years training exposure in training in a diverse and a large enterprise with good exposure to methodology of delivery and industry practice. Should have basic understanding in life skills and dealing with facilitation skills. Should be able to understand and evaluate the needs of the customer training requirements and ensure connectivity with learning outcome. Must be able to handle junior and young crowd, having high energy & content.
Senior Training Associate
6-9 years in training handling senior management at the VP level and above. Should be able to add value with experience in the industry and process of training in terms of content development, design, measuring the ROI, able coach /mentor fellow trainers and handle key accounts with multiple geographic delivery implementations. Will be able to run the train the trainer programmes. Having wide exposure to handling about 60- 600 participants in a batch.

-Sales & Mktg Professionals with training side KRA’s
-Educational professionals with sales & training deliverables
-Successful Entrepreneurs in Education & training verticals
-Startups in the Education, training, transformation & youth management at college

-Young startups in the college/campus connect space, delivering with training
modules.
-Event Mgmt companies, engaged in training at colleges.
-Training startups, engaged in college/campus initiatives on Employability & other
skills.
-Other high-performance individuals/startups, who could learn/delivery anything on
earth/sky.
Compensation will be best & at par with industry standards, minimum 30K per month, if the candidate could travel. Average earnings between 55K to 90K.

College/Campus connect
Selected Candidates will have to undergo Validation process, before commencing to work on our projects and customers. These certifications will be conducted at a central city based on the number of people selected & need to be borne by the participants.
We shall also offer overseas assignment for the best performers at Singapore, US, UK & Middle East, on long-term performance associations.
