We currently have exciting opportunities for Learning and Development Consultant- HR at our clients facilities here in Bangalore,Chennai and Mumbai.We are looking for an L&D consultant for our LEAD (Learning &Development) Team to enable our rapidly growing workforce.
The main quality that we look for in an individual is a strong passion for learning, since we believe that learning can only be enabled in the organization if the LEAD team itself is naturally inclined towards it. We expect the individual to deliver in the following areas:
Engagement: Our Client has a strong and open culture that we are looking to
retain in spite ofthe rapid growth. Understand the culture and define learning
needs in support of business priorities. Work with nominated LEAD partners
to support talent management and change management / organizational
development initiatives.
Development: Work with managers to understand business issues and
recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Relationships: Integrate and align with the business to ensure connection
between strategy and training. Provide input to design of solutions and
continuously engage with other employees. Knowing the ‘pulse’ of the
organization is vital.
Process Maturity: Actively suggest and develop metrics/processes with
LEAD Team to streamline the structure
Program Development and implementation: Ready to take full ownership of
assigned programs- From inception to execution.
Vendor/Partner management: Manage contracts and relationships with
vendors/Partners. Manage external vendors/Partners to ensure high-quality
offerings while keeping costs optimal.
Marketing and Communications: Promote learning offerings internally to
team members
Flexibility: To adapt to the dynamic & fluid nature of the organization.
Would require lateral thinking to respond to challenges and execute
solutions.
Reporting: Evaluate and report program and initiative results
