Our client is a leading mfg and service provider of  heavy duty diesel engines.Our client have retained Leadership Stage – Kalaanantarupah Group Dream Career Planning and Management  Services exclusively to identify a Chief Financial Officer to work closely with the CEO and Board as they drive to take advantage of market opportunities.

The Chief Financial Officer will take full responsibility for all financial matters including:

* Facilitating and ensuring budgetary control

* Driving the continuous improvement of financial performance

* Taking a leading role in developing the commercial activities of the business

   Liaising with brokers, analysts and other city contacts

* Overseeing the production of commercially astute management information 

   and analysis

* Developing, implementing and supporting the organisational growth strategy

* Ensuring high standards of financial control are maintained throughout the 

  company

* Overseeing the production of the year end statutory financial statements 

   and management accounts, and the management of group and board 

   reporting

* Working Capital management

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

* First class communication skills and be able to liaise with non-financial 

   stakeholders

* Demonstrative commercial acumen in improving business performance at a 

   strategic level

* Commercial contract negotiation

* Excellent communication and influencing skills

* Experience of managing investor relationships

In addition, experience of managing other functional teams including IT and HR would be preferable, together with experience in listed company and/or PE backed business
