The Role
Reporting directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, this role is pivotal in developing and implementing the Human Resources strategy in a manner that enables the Company to achieve its business objectives and in line with the Organisation's values
HR Strategy & Branding: Develops and implements the Human Resources Strategy in line with Company's business plans
Budgets, Policies and Procedures: Reviews annual manpower budgets, builds the Recruitment, Learning, HR & Related Budgets
Performance Management: Implements the Annual Performance Appraisal Calendar across the Organisation; trains, guides and assists Heads of Departments in conducting objective performance appraisals
Recruitment: Leads the Recruitment process ensuring quality candidates are sourced in a timely manner and within budget boundaries
Compensation and Benefits: Conducts market research and analysis on remuneration rates and benefits to determine the Company's ranking in the market; reviews and recommends accordingly to achieve competitive positioning in the industry
HR Operation: Overviews the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources: leads and guides the team as required to achieve daily smooth run, and maximum productivity
Employee Relations: Provides consultation to employees and Heads of Departments, and in relation to contractual compensation & benefits, labour law, policies and procedures and HR best practices
Learning & Development: Sets and implements systems for identifying Learning needs throughout the Organisation; analyses and effectively addresses the Learning requirements
Reporting: Compiles and analyses complex reports to enable business decision making
Networking: Creates and maintains network within the industry to enable exchange of HR best practices
Candidate Requirements
* A minimum of 15 years in a role of HR Manager/Director, in large,
multinational Organization.
* A minimum of eight years experience in directly leading the five key HR
functions: Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning &
Development, Employee Relations plus Compensation & Benefits
* A minimum of ten years practicing HR in the uae/singapore and three
internationally from a leading role
* Excellent command of the English language and an advance MS Office user
