Experience, Skill sets & Attributes required:

* The ability to grow businesses in profit, headcount and turnover

* Hands-on leadership style that thrives on being involved at every level of 

   the business

* The ability to hire, nurture and develop strong talent especially at Manager 

   level and above

* You can build robust and supportive relationships both internally and with 

   partner organisations to ensure leverage potential is maximised.

* Are financially literate and able to oversee and manage P&L fluidly

* Have first hand board experience, acting in both executive and non-

   executive capacity

* Are a confident and efficient decision-maker

* First hand Managing Director/Partner experience within professional services 

   or financial services is essential and ideally direct experience of leading a 

   successful business ‘start-up’ and/or an on-line proposition. You will be 

   able to demonstrate a strong track record of building businesses, managing 

   exceptional teams and delivering against ambitious growth plans. The 

   successful candidate will thrive operating within an entrepreneurial, 

   investor-led structure where there is tangible opportunity to generate real 

   personal wealth. In addition you must possess robust performance 

   management experience, outstanding communication skills and experience 

   of delivering effective marketing strategy that delivers requisite ROI.
