* Knowledge of Investment Banking
* Responsible for validation and processing of Global Corporate Actions
* Applying corporate actions to our accounting system using current STP interfaces
* Reviewing, investigating and validating all types of corporate actions
* Implementing corporate action processing deadlines
* Monitoring the securities operations world for changes in practices and better
information services
