POSITION - Program Director

FUNCTION - HR Services/Training and Development
SUB-FUNCTION - Senior Management/ General Management
EXPERIENCE - 15 to 30Years
Job & Candidate Profile:
- Conducting the discovery process to assess and define specific client learning and delivery
needs.
- Maximizing the opportunity for extended work during client discovery phase.
- Diagnosing the data gathered and where appropriate, drafting reports for the client.
- Designing customized leadership solution interventions to meet specific client needs.
- Conducting pilot(s) of complex multi-run programmes to review and adjust the design as
necessary.
- Ensuring the transfer of knowledge to the delivery faculty through faculty notes.
- Conducting debrief discussions with the delivery faculty based on program evaluations and
with the client, revising the design where necessary for future programmes.
- Interfacing with the designated Project Manager as required on design content and
logistics.
- Creating new and/or amending existing materials as required.
- Liaising with the client throughout to maintain content validity and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate or PhD qualification in Psychology, Executive Education,
Business or any other Learning Behavioural Related Studies.
- Significant experience in designing and delivering a variety of leadership development
interventions.
- Experience in creating and implementing competency based/leadership frameworks.
- Ideally experienced in Organizational leadership with the ability to bridge individual and
organizational leadership development.
- Working closely with the clients themselves, you must be an outstanding communicator
who is likely to have worked in a multi-cultural environment with fluency in both written
and spoken English being essential.
