Our client is a International real estate management company. They are currently looking for a Vice President of Finance to join their executive team.


Job description

As Vice President of Finance, your key responsibilities will include:

* Understand and convey all legal and regulatory requirements to the finance team
* Direct all finance and accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, 
* staff accounting as well as financial planning and analysis
* Maintain policies and procedures; innovate new SOPs
* Oversee month end, quarterly, and annual close
* Oversee preparation of financial reports for partners and board
* Work with multiple departments to create accurate budget and projections
* Monitor IR functions
