A leading , private equity backed provider of spend management solutions and outsourced services that deliver material cost efficiency in construction aligned to strategic business operating models in social housing. The possessor of one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms, one of the country’s fastest growing technology companies.

In this new role, reporting to the CEO and a member of the executive team, you will deliver a series of strategic level sales in order to significantly grow the application of the companies’ e-marketplace proposition. Clients will be both housing association and local authority in complexion. You will drive the creation of strong solutions sales with landlords which reflect the value of the services provided and the impact they can generate. This will be within the context of value for money and social value ambitions where appropriate.

Candidates will be well versed in solution selling utilising a consultative approach and comfortable co-ordinating the input of technical and sales personnel. They must have an eye for opportunity, good analytical, strategic and problem solving skills combined with excellent interpersonal and networking ability. We will also expect evidence of creativity, a collaborative mind-set and the drive and determination to deliver outstanding results.
