About the opportunity

- With consumer demand for international fashion brands growing dynamically throughout 

  our global markets, an exciting opportunity exists for a senior professional to join our 

  team as VICE PRESIDENT. 

- We are seeking a strategic leader in FASHION RETAILING to be part of our success story 

   and support our rapid growth strategy which will see us further expand our current 

   iconic brands and develop new exciting brands.

The role is to

-         -  Develop our global portfolio of  Fashion brands

-         - Be accountable for the P&L delivery/growth of those brands

-          - Lead the strategic brand development & business planning

-          - Review the performance of the brands objectives and standards

-          - Manage the delivery of optimum ongoing sales/cost performance

-          - Maintain the brand/partner stakeholder relationship

-          - Be responsible for the setting of product and pricing strategies

-          - Manage the brand location strategy in the Region and globally

-          - Oversee the brand marketing communication strategies

-          - Provide ongoing team development and leadership

-          - Share best practice ensuring cascade in all key performance areas

Who we are looking for

- To be successful you will need to have had a MINIMUM OF 15 YEARS P&L 

  ACCOUNTABILITY in multi-brand/site INTERNATIONAL FASHION RETAILING where you 

  have gained exceptionally high level product knowledge.

- We are looking for individuals with demonstrable product resulting from strong BUYING 

   and MERCHANDISING EXPOSURE over a meaningful period.

- Consistent employment as an energetic and dynamic CEO, COO, Commercial Director or 

   General Manager Etc at Regional level with significant CROSS FUNCTIONAL 

  OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP is also likely to be a significant part of your career history.

- With experience like this you will naturally be expected to be comfortable managing 

   complexity, have a passion for customer service, be a confident communicator and 

   have a proven track record of DELIVERING SUCCESS THROUGH TEAMWORK in corporate, 

   entrepreneurial and expansionist environments.
