Sales Director – Foreign Exchange Services(3 Openings) - 15+years of exp- Singapore,Dubai,Bangalore  - Thiyagarajakumar Ramaswamy's Leadership Stage QREM 'X' Think Tanks Dream Job  Opportunity 

Our client is a leading provider of payment solutions and is expanding rapidly specialising in providing corporations with cross-border payment solutions which solve the most common problems presented by traditional payment methods.

To support its international expansion, our client is recruiting an experienced and motivated Sales Director for the Foreign Exchange services vertical.

Purpose of the role
Reporting to the CEO, the newly appointed Sales Director will be fully responsible for uncovering and closing new opportunities within the Foreign Exchange services vertical (typically brokers, banks, white label providers and others), driving the sales of the company's products first in the Country, achieving & exceeding the objectives set by the management team and sustaining profitable growth.

Key objectives
- Develop selling proposition into the Foreign Exchange services segment
- Produce sales plan for the financial period
- Identify new opportunities for their products in the Financial Services segment
- Develop the initial sales pipeline through contacts in the market
- Generate revenues and match/ exceed KPI expectations
- As revenues grow, build-up and manage the sales team in the country
- Develop and propose to the management team the international sales expansion Plan
- Drive the opening of new offices according to the expansion plan
- Drive the build-up and manage the international sales team to reach the  business plan objectives
- Liaise with the product development team, providing clients feedback and supporting the planning of new products features

The Candidate
- Highly motivated, self-starter leader with a mature and positive attitude
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment

Requirements
- 15+ year of relevant experience/ track record in a B2B sales role within the Foreign Exchange industry is essential
- Experience managing a sales team, with a proven performance track record
- Gravitas to lead a multinational sales team with excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Strong network, in the country and internationally, within the Foreign Exchange brokers, Banks and white label providers community
- Willingness to travel first within the country, than internationally (50%)

- Familiar with MS Dynamics CRM a plus.
