Our Leadership Stage Singapore's International Consumer Products Inc. seeks a Vice President, International Marketing for the  Worldwide Marketing department. The position oversees and directs the international marketing teams based in Our clients Affiliate Offices. This includes directing teams in accordance with the divisions Global Brand Priorities and initiatives. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with Top International Leadership Media and Entertainment Company senior management team to develop worldwide marketing objectives, strategies, plans and budgets according to division objectives and priorities.
  • Provides strategic and creative oversight for the local execution of global brand strategies to optimize international business.
  • Works with country GMs/Category Managers/Marketing managers to develop more actionable plans and programs for regions/countries..
  • Collaborates with Worldwide Marketing teams to integrate local opportunities into annual strategic plans.
  • Lead review of brand and creative programs of key properties to evaluate effectiveness of brand strategies locally.
  • Work with local markets to identify customization needs of sales and marketing materials for local use.
  • Establish strong relationships with Our Leadership Media TV Network and other divisions as appropriate, to further the integration of our  international opportunities into brand marketing within company.
  • Establish consistent communication process and protocol for international markets.
  • Develop and manage flow of necessary marketing and creative materials to international teams working closely with Marketing, Retail & Sales.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and channels of distribution in conjunction with international teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 15+ years consumer products, marketing or licensing experience required.
  • International experience required
  • Advertising agency account supervision experience required. Previous retail experience preferred.
  • PC Skills: Word and Excel a must.
  • Strong, proven management skills are critical.
  • Must have sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • Must have a clear understanding of the dynamics and needs of licensing.
  • Must have knowledge of research fundamentals and consumer dynamics.
  • Retail knowledge helpful.
  • Must have enthusiastic and effective presentation skills.
  • Must have a strong command of the English language.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers all levels of personnel from senior corporate management on down.
  • Must be analytical and have the ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Must have proven organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to initiate and carry projects through to the end.
  • Ability to be creative.
  • Ability to motivate others.
  • Must have the ability to be diplomatic.
  • Frequent travel required.
