Our Leadership Stage- International Banking and financial services client's Merchant Banking Division is seeking an experienced real estate deal professional to join the core M&A / capital advisory team in the Singapore office to focus on Real estate (income producing) M&A, capital raising and principal investment transactions. This individual will be a “deal maker” in the Real estate market and will be responsible for sourcing and executing M&A and capital raising transactions within the client network of real estate investors and portfolio of assets, and will lead all business development efforts to source real estate opportunities from new client relationships.

Our international client Bank offers an unparalleled opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major strategic assignments, providing meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives. Candidates should be top performers who are willing to work hard in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity and proactive enthusiasm for learning and driving business are highly valued. In addition to strong technical skills, the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, experienced individual with solid M&A and capital raising experience coupled with strong network skills.

Major Responsibilities

75% Business Development functions to include but not limited to placing transactions, uncovering real estate Investment opportunities and partnering with other groups within the Merchant Banking Division as well as with the Commercial Real Estate Banking group.

In an advisory capacity, evaluate growth objectives and deal opportunities for commercial real estate clients
Identify real estate clients with a track record of strong performance and a need for additional equity capital investment, and help to facilitate the growth through the raising of capital
Advise commercial real estate clients on their M&A strategies and opportunities (i.e. buying or selling income property investment portfolio)
Partner with the Commercial Real Estate Banking group as well as groups within the Merchant Banking Division to deepen relationships with existing clients
Identify contacts, pitch deals to the origination teams, lead site visits, attend work group sessions with the underwriting teams, and negotiate deal terms
Originate deal flows through candidate’s proprietary network
Network, attend round tables and remain abreast of the latest market trends
Nurture relationships and identify new potential capital sources
Perform real estate market research on complex commercial properties
Successfully source prospective clients and collaborate with clients to identify their needs and deliver the full resources of our leadership stage client Bank while providing a customized solution
Ability to quickly and effectively evaluate, summarize and present investment opportunities, often with little direction or oversight
Responsible for assisting clients in the structural considerations of each transaction, such as legal, tax and accounting
C-level client interaction contributing to the development and communication of proposals and advice with current and prospective clients
Identify, analyze and underwrite investment opportunities for the development of commercial properties across all property types, investment structures and risk profiles.

20% Credit Quality/Risk Management

Oversee and create underwriting models and offering memorandums
Proactively addresses risk (including credit, BSA, AML, fair lending, market and reputation risk)
Balance the pursuit of earnings growth and financial performance with disciplined risk management
Manage the control environment to ensure audit, compliance and regulatory standards are met
Ensure safekeeping of bank and customer assets, including information
Support and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Manage and proactively address risk associated with changes in processes and procedures

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities, but the right candidate will have the opportunity to build a team within the Merchant Banking Division focused exclusively on real estate M&A, capital advisory and principal investment transactions

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in finance, economics, accounting or a related field
MBA or CFA strongly desired
Ideal candidate will have 10+ year(s) prior experience in real estate investment banking and, or real estate private equity
History of executed real estate transactions – deal sheet required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data, and governmental regulations
Open to international candidates

The position oversees and directs the international marketing teams based in Our clients Affiliate Offices. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with Top International Leadership Media and Entertainment Company senior management team to develop worldwide marketing objectives, strategies, plans and budgets according to division objectives and priorities.
Provides strategic and creative oversight for the local execution of global brand strategies to optimize international business.
Works with country GMs/Category Managers/Marketing managers to develop more actionable plans and programs for regions/countries..
Collaborates with Worldwide Marketing teams to integrate local opportunities into annual strategic plans.
Lead review of brand and creative programs of key properties to evaluate effectiveness of brand strategies locally.
Work with local markets to identify customization needs of sales and marketing materials for local use.

Job Summary:

The Chief Technology Officer ( CTO ) is responsible for managing and providing leadership to the Engineering staff , aligning the technical direction of the company with the vision of the CEO, providing technical writing in support of new business opportunities, and providing technical direction in support of multiple IT projects. The successful candidate will provide leadership in developing technical strategies and provides input into long range business planning from a technical perspective.

Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Development

Lead and develop products, including the design/development of proof-of-concepts and implementation of designed products.
Learn and shape technical opportunities by white paper development, capability briefings, supporting technical presentations to clients, and technical writing in support of proposal efforts.
Provide solution support to sell IT services, including Software Integration, Software Development, IT Security, Administration, Open Source Technologies, Big Data/Data Analytics, Program/Project Administration, Data Capture & Recovery, Data Storage & Archiving.

Product Development

Responsible for the long-range direction of an organization's technology function. Directs the strategic design, acquisition, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide technology and products.
Maintains technology standards for the organization.
Directs the activities necessary to design and develop products as well as ensure the necessary technology infrastructure is running seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively.
For each client collaborate with all appropriate internal parties to help define client technical goals, develop innovative solutions, set technical objectives, develop plans and timelines, and monitor ongoing technical delivery to ensure effective project execution.
Provide ongoing and high-level advisory technical services to clients and prospective clients.
Collaborate with other Management Team members, Project and/or Client Management staff, and/or other management to develop and implement systems and processes to monitor, ensure, and improve technical delivery and client satisfaction. Includes ensuring technical milestones are achieved on-time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Requires Bachelor/Master Degree and at least 15 years of experience leading and managing Engineering staff, including product development.
Direct experience working within the Federal Government Contracting Environment, and/or other IT services.
Proven track record of managing and building relationships with new clients and the ability to retain current clients
A proven track record for delivering and achieving technical project milestones and deliverable on-time and within budget.
Highly motivated, energetic personality with a proven track-record of managing a successful team
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals
Excellent in-person presentation skills, relationship building and experience developing technical solutions.
Ability to work with all levels within the team and across the organization
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Impeccable ethical standards and professional presence
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must have exceptional writing skills and serve as technical writer on proposal efforts
Understanding of Software-as-a-Service model
In-depth demonstrated knowledge of Industry - Standard business development, capture and proposal processes with direct experience working for and supporting Federal Government agencies.
Demonstrated experience working with Senior Government officials at the C-Levels.
Ability to define project goals and work independently to complete projects while adhering to the established schedule.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other staff members within IT
Knowledge of the principles and practices of business organization and management.
Knowledge of the organization and functions of an information technology business operation.
Must be highly proficient in problem solving and have strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to interface/communicate professionally with management and other employees.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines and priorities..
Ability to use word processing, databases and spreadsheet programs; preferably MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Project.
