Our client, a leading financial services organization, has an immediate requirement for a Director-Distribution Risk and Controls.
The Director - Distribution Risk and Control will lead three teams; Risk and Control, Marketing and Communications Quality and Distribution Quality to ensure there is an appropriate first line of defence risk and control framework operating across Distribution.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director -Distribution Risk and Controls operates independently and provides leadership and support to the Distribution Directors to design and implement an appropriate risk and control framework.
This is supported by the team who provide oversight, assessment and reporting on the ongoing performance of the framework to deliver a function wide understanding of the risk environment and recommendations for improvement or action.
