- The global online fashion product company is now seeking a HR Head for the India part of the business
- With a global headcount of 500 and 130 in the India, the position reports to the Global HR Director and has line management responsibility for a team of 4.
- This position is based in our Bangalore office
- The Head of HR will be responsible for leading and delivering the India HR strategy in line with the global business plan
- You will be working closely with the Global HR Director, whilst having a huge influence on the India strategy; you will also be responsible for the purely operational side of HR, driving the performance and culture within this fast growing and ever evolving creative business
- Key responsibilities will include - Providing coaching and guidance to all India managers and employees on day-to-day HR related issues
- Ensuring the business operates in line with all current Indian employment legislation
- Implementing guidelines, policies, and procedures in line with the company direction
- Managing employee relations, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and employment records
