This is a genuinely unique opportunity for an ambitious Managing Director to take the helm of a well-known, award winning, well-established and profitable multi national engineering solutions business. Reporting directly into the main Board, this role will suit an individual who is striving for personal development but is already comfortable and proven running a successful business unit autonomously. The business operates across multiple sites in the pan India and ideally you will have a proven background in strong operational control in a capital intensive, engineering services environment. They recognize the competitive advantage to be gained by the transition from a traditional engineering focused company into a customer services focused organization. Therefore you will naturally display a talent for strategic leadership to facilitate this transition together with strong commercial and financial acumen and a successful track record of operating in a customer focused B2B services business. You will be a successful Managing Director a blue-chip background comfortable in a business with a turnover of around $3.4 Billion. Bringing experience of managing a business within a divisional structure would be an advantage but by no means essential.
