The Chairman and CEO South Asia is in charge of developing new business and promoting growth and progress in the region. He or she will also expand the company’s supply side relationships and build new partnerships in order to provide our clients with the best inventory the market has to offer.
Mission
- Work with other top-tier executives to oversee Our Leadership Stage South Asia's International Marketing and Advertising Company Client operations and to align the business for maximum success while upholding the firm’s core values
- Establish new B2B relationships with key executives, clients and partners
- Recruit and train new employees
- Develop strategic marketing and sales plans to boost profits and efficiency
- Coordinate the efforts of various departments within the region, such as legal, finance, marketing and sales, to meet company goals
- Oversee other managers and department heads and collaborate with the International leadership team
- Report to top executives and prepare budgets for approval by the Chief Revenue Officer
- Provide thought leadership to position the firm as an expert in all things real time bidding, programmatic and full funnel services in the South Asia
- Set short and long term goals, define the strategies and design the roadmap for achieving them
- Conduct routine meetings with MD's, Vice Presidents and department heads to review the corporate goals and clearly communicate the objectives

Desired Skills and Experience
Your Track Record
- Degree in Business, preferably a Master degree in Business (or equivalent) or relevant business experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development
- Experience in working in an international environment
- A proven track record of devising, implementing and achieving corporate goals
- Proven, visible, open, and engaging leadership style
- Experience in designing and executing complex business strategies
- Ability to manage senior and junior team members, and to win, manage and motivate top tier talent
- Strong familiarity with online marketing industry and in particular RTB / programmatic and full funnel strategies
- Must possess highest caliber organisational, planning, and supervising skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and be a clear, strategic thinker
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable, profitable business results
- Strong business acumen and financial savvy
