Job Description
-To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer's queries through chat and E-mail.
-To achieve the productivity target
-Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed.
-Assist online customers to navigate through various activities such as purchase processes, making online payments etc.
-Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer needs
-Ensure in time feedback to the customers with the help of effective assessment.
-Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
School/Undergraduates/Graduates/Post graduates with 0 - 4 years of work experience.
We provide both side cabs. Salary:- 2.8 to 6.3 Lakhs
