Job descriptions -Role and Accountabilities 

1.Participate in workshops and knowledge gathering sessions

2.Domain knowledge accumulation & sharing within the unit

3.Management of training program using pre defined training documents

4.Understand business and client requirements

5.Identify business process gap, data gaps

6.Create data and environment requirements for testing

7.Ensure, Guide, Assist and Review in creation of business scenario river, test scenarios and test cases

8.Assist team in performing UAT (End to end functionalregression testing via the test team)

9.Liaise with client for project deliverables

10.Assist in definition of scope of project and milestones

11.Track and achieve project milestones

Competencies/Skills

- Excellent communication & co-ordination skills required.

- Plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment.

- Ability to take ownership and work under pressure.

- Knowledge of test tools (QC, QTP etc)
