We are seeking a Support Developer, Problem Analyst or Application Support Analyst with good problem solving, support, development and analysis skills as well as knowledge of C# / .Net, SQL Server & Windows and ideally familiarity with Visual Studio and/or IIS to join a global legal software provider as they expand their Support, Incident Management, Problem Management and ITIL team based out of their offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

As a Support Developer, Problem Analyst or Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for using your knowledge of C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, IIS and/or Windows & Active Directory to fully investigate & perform root cause analysis, solve escalated software and client issues and implement preventative & corrective measures for the future. You will have a great chance and opportunity to learn new skills, technologies while also being able to take advantage of the great career path on offer.

Skills required for the Support Developer, Problem Analyst or Application Support Analyst (Problem solving, C#, .Net, SQL Server, Windows / AD)

* A good mixture of support and development skills

* A passion for troubleshooting, problem solving and implementing long term fixes

* Strong mixture of some of the following: C#, .Net, SQL Server, Visual Studio, IIS, Windows / AD

* Excellent communication skills through email, phone and face to face

* Ability to report on incidents and problem trends and statistics

Any experience of software architectural principles, such as client-server, n-tier, load balancing, thick client and/or thin client would be ideal but by no means essential as full training will be given.
