Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Rochester, Minnesota

Type of Job: Permanent

Exp:-0 to 3 years

No of Opening :- 17 ( Junior BA- 12 Senior BA-5)

Job Description:

The projects include upgrades to GBS' portals, health assessment

updates, coaching programs, data connectivity, Client Website updates

and integration, eHealth, Knowledge Management, and client-

management reporting.

The positions will be responsible for eliciting, documenting and

prioritizing business requirements (some in an Agile team setting).

Additional responsibilities include facilitating requirements sessions,

testing/communicating changes needed to development staff.

Seasoned professional with strong business analysis experience

and skills including the ability to lead requirements sessions and work

collaboratively with colleagues across business, product management,

IT, and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Experience in healthcare industry

* Experience in writing Functional Specs, Use Cases/ User

Stories, and DFD's

* Experience with Web Application Development and complete

understanding of SDLC

* Experience Business Intelligence and reporting applications

* Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Visio

Desired Skills & Experience:

* Experience with Agile development methodologies
