Job Description:

Technical Responsibilities:

· Leads the Business Requirement for Native mobile projects, and other

roles as appropriate, to ensure project deliverables meet requirements in a

timely manner and adhere to Native Mobile Standards. Provides desired

native mobile experience and insights to influence the overall customer

experience. Serves as first point of contact to the project team.

· Provides Mobile requirements to projects and ensures the direction from

Digital Architects is applied to a project or group of projects.

· Contributes to and reviews Mobile artifacts for quality and adherence to

mobile standards.

· Directs UI project-level decision making (example: content of wireframes)

· Provides Mobile non-functional requirements to projects.

· Partners with Customer Experiencing Monitoring (CEM) team to ensure

accuracy of usability test plan content and to ensure plan execution
