Preparation of detailed business requirement document and user interface, taking inputs from all concerned stakeholders

Preparation and execution of test scenarios for System testing/integration testing and UAT testing

Capable of effective project planning, timely delivery tracking and progress reporting

Ensuring timely and defect free implementation / release of new products with active self-participation and co-ordination with business, IT, testing and vendor stakeholders

Capable of bringing functional enhancements and process improvement for improved and enhanced internal and external customer experience

Tracking and ensuring the timely resolution of production issues in co-ordination with IT and Business

Preparation of product content and FAQs

Recommend 'best possible' solution which meets business requirements by internal assessments / comparison with other software applications

Exposure to SDLC is preferred
