Position Summary

The Group President reports to the President & Chief Executive Officer and is 
responsible for the companies day-to-day operating activities, including revenue 
and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and 
annual financial goal management.Our client is a well respected diverse manufacturer 
based in Illinois with over $50+ Billion turnover company in the US.



Responsibilities


  • Manage committee and/or executive meetings
  • Manage the annual general meeting                                                                                          - Sets the overall annual committee agenda (consistent with the views                        of members),helps the committee prioritize its goals and then keeps                        the committee on track by working within that overall framework. At                        the operational level, the major function of the Group President is                            to facilitate effective committee meetings. 
  • Represent the club/group at local, regional, state and national levels
  • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services.
  • Act as a facilitator for club/group activities
  • Ensure the planning and budgeting for the future is carried out in accordance with the wishes of the members
  • Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management.
  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.



Requirements


  • Can communicate and present effectively
  • Is well informed of all organisation activities 
  • Is aware of the future directions and plans of members
  • Solid working knowledge of budgeting,sales,business development and strategic planning
  • Has a good working knowledge of the constitution, rules and the duties of all office holders and subcommittees
  • Is a supportive leader for all organisations members.
  • At least 15+ years of experience, with 5+Years in an executive level position in the Manufacturing industry.

Currently, we are seeking a  Vice President of Sales  to join the Company's leadership team.  The VP, Sales will lead the sales activities that drive growth of the Company business model and services.  This executive will lead the sales, sales operations, and business development activities both directly through his/her direct client involvement and through a team. 
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This executive will be responsible for establishing targets, closing deals and providing direction to the sales team and support functions, within budget, to achieve the financial goals of the Company on an annual basis.  He/She will define and build sales processes which accelerate growth and profitability as the Company expands within its current markets and expands to new markets.  He/She must develop deep and solid client relationships through direct client involvement, professional networks or other contemporary approaches and do so as an evolving trusted source in providing services from the Company.  The successful candidate will lead the sales team to excel as individuals and as a group through the following: 

  • Participating and providing the necessary leadership to capture preferred clients and sell Company services 
  • Personally prospecting, presenting and closing deals with current or new clients 
  • Acknowledge/achieve year one growth goals 
  • Accept responsibility to define, execute and achieve specific year one and year two targets for growth within agreed to plans/resources required 
  • Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients 
  • Effectively identifying and pursuing business development opportunities that are aligned with company strategy and plans. 
  • Identifying and assessing training needs and implementing solutions 
  • Ensuring communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational budget requirements.

To strengthen its new executive management team, Our Leadership Stage - Kalaanantarupah Group's Client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide leadership across all financial, reporting, business insights and corporate governance activities in the business. This is a critical role within the company, reporting directly into the CEO and working as a member of the executive leadership team to formulate and execute the business acceleration strategy.


The CFO will have responsibility for ensuring the business achieves its objectives by providing strategic financial & reporting leadership, delivering the highest standards of probity and establishing the business’s financial stability and business model through a robust finance strategy.


The CFO will partner with the executive management team in the design and execution of its global strategic plan. They will lead and drive a best-in-class service across finance and its component functions, ensuring transparency in operations & sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring our financial capacity to deliver our vision, mission, values and corporate KPIs. They will support other teams across the business with insights and analysis to optimise data-driven decision-making and prioritisation.


The CFO will be tasked with establishing best practice financial processes, systems and reporting templates. They will also support the recruitment of new individuals into all areas of the business. It operates globally so it is likely that the CFO will also be required to support the establishment of new offices and teams in the globe.


This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced finance professional to move up into an executive global leadership position in an exciting new business. You will a qualified accountant who will also have a proven track record in strategic financial management, management reporting, business analytics and business plan development within values-based organisations. Able to operate at both strategic and detailed levels, you will not be afraid to have a hands-on approach in building a finance structure from the ground up, having a direct impact on the company’s operations.


As with all new and entrepreneurial companies, the CFO will be expected to perform a multitude of tasks beyond the role’s core responsibilities. You will therefore need to have a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for the business, ensuring these are followed through with flawless execution.




Core role objectives

  • Drive the formulation, delivery and tracking of business plans, supporting the CEO and management team in defining monthly, quarterly and annual targets, budgets and forecasts.
  • Own all financial reporting requirements, including all processes related to monthly bookkeeping, customer invoicing, supplier payments, cashflow management, Board reports and company accounts, working with the company’s chosen accountancy firm.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and budgetary requirements, including all Statutory and Regulatory obligations.
  • Define and manage all data analytics processes, providing insightful reports on inventory demand and supply to the commercial teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Direct responsibility for Procurement, Health & Safety, IT & Business Systems, and Facilities.


Key responsibilities

  • Define monthly, quarterly and annual targets, budgets and forecasts, and secure Board approval of these.
  • Manage all business planning and monitoring activities including management of business metrics, KPIs, dashboards and all financial controls across the business globally, identifying risks and opportunities. Create daily/weekly management reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare all Board Meeting packs and other information required by the CEO and Shareholders.
  • Manage all accounting processes, working with the company’s chosen accountancy and audit providers.
  • Undertake credit checks of new demand partners.
  • Lead the data analytics team to provide inventory supply and demand reports and other business performance analytics to internal stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to business strategy, providing advice on the financial implications of new opportunities or investment decisions, focusing on bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing shareholder value.
  • Manage all cashflow processes across the business, including customer invoicing, supplier payments, working capital and treasury to ensure exceptional customer service whilst maximising shareholder value.
  • Ensure all outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner.


Requirements


Personal qualities and experience we’re looking for


  • 15+ years of Relevant experience in financial reporting within an international company, with a track record of achievement and rapid promotion.
  • Experience of developing business strategies, operational planning and management reporting.
  • Highly analytical and creative thinker with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and develop value-adding solutions to operational issues.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability and confidence to present clearly and concisely at Board level.
  • Respected leader, with an entrepreneurial, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Previous experience of setting up financial processes within a new startup would be a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience within the digital advertising industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of accountability and drive business results through the implementation of effective performance management systems, measures and rewards
  • Develop programs which support employee input, participation, and recognition
  • Ensure that policies, procedures, and employment practices support the needs of the workforce and the organization and are in compliance with all labour laws and regulations
  • Utilize technology solutions in gaining operational efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of HR services
  • Continuously assess , monitor and evaluate HR contribution through the use of measure and metrics
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • Stay abreast of workers compensation issues and trends and contribute to effective program management
  • Lead the Recruitment Team to develop and deliver effective recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the availability of a competent workforce
  • Provide guidance and counsel in the effective selection and retention of staff
  • Participate in and support the establishment of educational programs and partnerships to meet workforce needs
  • Partner with the Compensation Team to design and deliver compensation and benefit programs that support the organization's ability to attract, retain, and motivate the workforce
  • Consult with managers and employees on compensation related issues and ensure effective communication and understanding of compensation programs
  • In alignment with organizational culture and business strategy, develop and implement systems/processes to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop/implement training programs (technical, cultural, leadership) to address developmental needs
  • Ensure organizational capability through the identification of key competencies, individual and organizational development planning and succession planning
  • Foster a positive employee relations culture
  • Facilitate the design and delivery of communication strategies and feedback processes
  • Stay abreast of the latest trend / government’s initiative with regards to HR practices

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience 
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically and demonstrate experience of influencing business strategy and turning businesses issues, strategies and goals into People Plans with proven results
  • Must currently / recently hold a senior level HR role
  • Must be an experienced generalist with extensive knowledge of employee relations including substantial knowledge of employment law and confidence in is application
  • Must demonstrate experience of leading on organisational change projects including restructures and redundancy programmes
  • Must have experience in Payroll and demonstrate an understanding of payroll requirements in terms of tax and pension arrangements. Will have worked within or closely with a payroll function during career.
  • Must be confident in own abilities and able to make decisions and identify and recommend solutions to the board and senior stakeholders from basis of own knowledge and experience.
  • Must have the ability to write documents, policies and communications to senior management and staff in a friendly, professional, legally compliant and commercially desirable manner; in keeping with the Company culture and with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be prepared to travel

We have a unique opportunity for an Vice President of Enterprise Sales to manage a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and day to day direction of the team Executives including pipeline and performance management and reporting
