Description      

Work on financial and accounting assignments with broadly defined objectives

… Solve non-routine issues, challenges and problems within field of 
     specialization

… People Management Skills (Indirect team handling may be there of 
     2-3 FTE’s)

… Knowledge of US GAAP

… Reconciliation knowledge will be additional advantage

… Monitor processes and the effectiveness of business controls and initiate 
     improvements.

… Ensure proper control, recording and classification of transactions.

… Use accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate 
    reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.

…Analyze accounts, records, reports, journals, vouchers, ledgers, and other 
    documents for accuracy.

…Prepare periodic reports utilizing multiple information sources, for use 
    outside of the department.

…Develop solutions to accounting problems.

…Provide answers to customer questions and issues.

Qualifications

1.University Degree with a Chartered Accountancy qualification.

2.Flexible and a team player with superior attention to detail and 
    analytics.

3.Strong Accounting Knowledge- for example reconciliation, Book 
   Keeping / Debit & Credit etc

4.Ability to work under pressure.

5.Prior experience in Projects would be an added advantage.

6.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw 
   valid conclusions.

7.Excellent Communication (written & oral), exposure to different cultures 
   & ability to perform multi tasking.

8.Drive projects, be innovative and design solutions to complex 
    problems.

9.Self driven, positive & flexible towards work.
