Responsibilities
Responsible to write efficient functional solutioning documents, requirement
capture, testing and customer onsite support
Support Development and QA delivery teams for the product
implementation
Participate in building a strong Product Team
Will be responsible to conduct Internal Training
May required to participate in workshops and take Banker User
Training
Maintain close working relationship with Customer community to
provide guidance / assistance in application of system functionality
The Senior BA may require to lead and manage a team of BA.
Requirements
Maintain close working relationship with Customer community to provide
guidance / assistance in application of system functionality
The Senior BA may require to lead and manage a team of BA.
Degree in relevant field
Experience in implementing large software projects of financial or
banking applications is a must for Senior BA position
Knowledge of banking systems like Enterprise Payments System,
ATM, Internet Banking, Retail and Credit Card applications will be an
advantage
Good verbal and written communication, technical and consultative skills
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Responsible and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Self-starter, team player and adaptable
