Job Description
1. Promote company’s health care ( infection control ) products to the
selected hospitals
2. Meet key decision makers in the hospital on regular intervals and
maintain good rapport
3. Get the business as per the account wise business plan
4. Ensure timely supply of goods and services to key customers through
channel partners
5. Manage optimal inventory levels with channel partners
6. Achieve monthly / yearly primary and secondary sales as per the
business plan
7. Submit monthly and quarterly forecast to the team manager
8. Submit report and feedback to the team manager
11. Develop existing business in the healthcare sector in the area
1. Update the product knowledge on a regular basis
2. Report competitive activities
3. Holds self accountable for compliant and flawless execution.
4. Takes action and makes decisions that successfully build customer value.
5. Promotes innovation & continuous training
6. Builds interdependent relationships
